Governance

Confidentiality, independence, and controlled execution are non-negotiable.

Strata Saudi’s operating system is intentionally opinionated: scarce premium adapters are protected, browser access is allowlisted, secrets are environment-driven, and agent creation requires explicit business and risk justification.

Conflict posture

Every enquiry is screened before meaningful work begins. No assumption of fit, no automatic acceptance, and no vague overlap handling.

Evidence control

Browser evidence capture, screenshots, and external artifacts must follow documented storage and logging rules with manual checkpoints where verification barriers appear.

Adapter governance

OpenCode is the default lane. Codex is reserved for architecture-sensitive coding and final engineering sign-off. Claude Code is reserved for high-stakes executive reasoning.

Secure configuration

Secrets never belong in repo content, logs, markdown, or screenshots. Runtime config and env placeholders are used throughout this project.
